Clint Smith has extensive experience in telecommunications from system design, project management, budgeting and sales, with direct experience as an operator, infrastructure provider and contract service provider.  Mr. Smith is an industry expert in Radio (RF) & Network design, integration and optimization engineering for Cellular, PCS, LMDS, ESMR and PSCS communication systems utilizing Lucent, Ericsson, Nortel, Motorola, Nokia and Netro equipment.  Mr. Smith was the Director of Engineering for NYNEX Mobile in New York City, New York. 

Mr. Smith has also served as a Program Manager for Motorola CIG and has managed several international communications projects.  He has authored communications treatises, including Practical Cellular and PCS Design, Wireless Telecom FAQs, and LMDS, and has co-authored 3G Wireless Networks, Cellular System Design and Optimization, and the soon to be released “Wireless Network Performance”, which are all McGraw Hill Telecommunication Series Publications.   Mr. Smith has also has written numerous articles appearing in industry trade journals.  He is a registered Professional Engineer in both New Jersey and New York.
