James M. O’Reilly has served as the chief operating officer for all of the communications projects of Mr. Ganley over the past four years.  Prior to joining Rivada Networks, Mr. O’Reilly was a senior member of Accenture’s Communications and High Tech Strategy practice, where he managed large engagements for leading telecommunications companies and equipment vendors, including Vodafone, Nokia, Nortel, Microsoft, Compaq and British Telecom.  He also spent six years working as a program manager for a large international engineering consultancy.  Mr. O’Reilly has extensive experience in design, procurement, planning, financial and economic analysis, and project and program management.  He has a B.E. in engineering from the National University of Ireland and an MBA from INSEAD.
