William J. Atkins is Rivada Networks’ Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Atkins was previously President of Arbor LLC, a Washington based consulting firm and was Chief Financial Officer of Intelsat, where he led the $5.2 billion sale of the company and associated financings and operational and strategic restructuring. Before joining Intelsat, he was a senior member of Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Division and held various positions, including Head of European Corporate Finance Execution, Deputy Head of Investment Banking in Japan, and Head of European Telecommunications Corporate Finance. Mr. Atkins has a BA and MA from Stanford University.
