Former Under Secretary of Defense
Michèle Flournoy is co-founder and managing partner of WestExec Advisors and a co-founder, former chief executive officer, and now chair of the Center for a New American Security (CNAS). She served as Under Secretary of Defense, 2009-2012. Michèle is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and the Defense Policy Board.
