General Counsel
Joe Titlebaum serves as Rivada’s General Counsel. He is a graduate of Columbia University and Harvard Law School and holds several U.S. patents. He served as the longtime General Counsel of XM Satellite Radio and was the co-founder of a recently sold technology start-up.
